How much do you charge for service?

Our prices vary depending on the work that needs to be done, and the size and type of the property. We offer free estimates for all of our services.


Do you provide same day services?

In short, No. But. We do offer same day quotes, if time allows. For mowing and landscape services, more than likely we will not be able to accommodate same day services. We have scheduled routes and its just not cost effective for us to detour from those routes on a frequent basis. But we will take into account your request and see if we can accommodate you.


Do we need to be home for our quote?

It depends on the services and the extent of work we will be quoting. If it is just a standard mowing and maintenance quote, you don’t necessarily need to be home unless there is something specific you would like us to look at. We will need access to the backyard, so any gates must be unlocked and pets put up. For spring and fall clean ups, and landscape services it can be helpful if someone is there so we can explain what exactly we will be doing and what will be included. If you are an investor who is located out of town, we can accommodate you by providing pictures during the quoting process and after the work is done. Be mindful that that process may take a little longer due to communication restrictions, i.e. emails, txts, ect.


How are payments processed?

For our regular mowing and maintenance clients, an itemized invoice is sent out at the end of each month with a net 15 day payable. You are able to pay your bill directly from the invoice with your credit card or you can mail a check. For 1 time services and landscape services payment is required after the service. For landscape services we may ask for a deposit in advance depending on the job size and other variables.


Do you have contracts?

Yes. But it’s an open ended contract. Meaning you are free to cancel at any time with a 14 day notice. The contract is designed to protect both you the customer as well as us the service provider. It states what services are to be done on the property, the price agreed upon, and the date or frequency of the service to be provided.


Why cant you give pricing over the phone?

Not all lawns and jobs are created equally. There are just to many variables in this industry to efficiently and effectively quote over the phone. We want to be able to provide the best service possible, so it helps if we are able to “see” what we’re getting into before we show up for the service so we can be prepared.


how do you handle rain days?

We try our best to not mow when the ground is to saturated. If it rains for 1-2 days in a row we will try to schedule you for the next day if it is dry enough. If you are a weekly customer and it rains 3 days in a row, we will move you to the next week. If you are bi-weekly customer we will mow as soon as it becomes dry enough.


why don’t you collect money under the doormat?

There are a few reasons why we stopped collecting money during our regular maintenance routes. For one we just don’t feel its safe to be carrying cash around in our truck. Another is just the convenience of being able to pay direct from your phone or computer!


do you charge sales tax?

Due to the nature of the services we provide, the Texas State Comptroller does require us to charge a sales tax for landscape services rendered. All quotes provided do not include sales tax.


Are you insured?

YES! We believe in running an honest business and we understand that sometimes accidents do happen. So its always best to be prepared!
